Shipping Policy
Shipping fees are based on the total weight of your order. Most orders ship with a flat rate of $5.00 to $7.50 depending on the size and packaging. Free Shipping: Orders over $40 ship free - no code needed.
We currently ship only within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us at hello@lightandword.com before placing an order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. A $2.00 restocking fee may apply per return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
To start a return, please email us at hello@lightandword.com with your order number and reason for return. Custom items are final and non-refundable.
